1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph988 ("ph988," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph988.app ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ph988's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph988, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm legal requirement. ph988 does not permit access to players under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph988, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from ph988 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by law.

ph988 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ph988. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph988 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. ph988 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph988 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph988 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your ph988 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ph988 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. ph988 does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ph988 targets withdrawal processing times of under 60 seconds for GCash and PayMaya for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. ph988 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph988 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph988 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ph988 will notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with ph988's published fee schedule. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting ph988 support.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph988 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

5.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual games on ph988 utilize certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player's account history, balance, or betting patterns. ph988 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

5.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) visible on the live stream. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, ph988's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the round accordingly. ph988's decision on the outcome of any disputed live game round is final.

5.3 Sportsbook Betting

Sports betting markets on ph988 cover events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and sabong. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ph988 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the nature of the event.

5.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on ph988. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. ph988 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph988 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Winnings generated from real-money deposits — not from bonus funds — are withdrawable without additional wagering conditions, subject to KYC verification.
• ph988 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the ph988 platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph988 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on ph988.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph988 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. ph988 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time notifications to prompt review of gaming activity at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may activate self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: ph988 may display periodic notifications during extended gaming sessions to encourage players to review their activity.

ph988 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, including but not limited to mandatory deposit limits, forced cooling-off periods, or account suspension. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph988 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ph988 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph988. Unauthorized use of ph988's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph988 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph988 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph988's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph988 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph988 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph988 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

11. Suspension & Termination

ph988 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At ph988's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination for reasons other than breach, ph988 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph988 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph988 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph988 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

ph988 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ph988 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
